**Regional Sales Manager France**
Location: 100% remote but near Paris preferred
Salary Expectations: Up to €250,000 OTE per annum with 50/50 split
Benefits: Stock options, Car Allowance
The main responsibility of this role is to develop the French region and focus on new business wins with enterprise customers across the private and public sectors. You will be responsible for all of the French region and be the face of the company across the country, winning new business, and also working with reseller partner and technology alliances partners. Additionally, you will also be support for native French speaking BDR and SE.
Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all new business customers across the French region
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities
- Provide product development teams with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of selling cyber security solutions into big enterprise accounts, with a main focus on new business hunting
- Experience selling into Enterprise / CAC 40 companies
- A solid contact base in France, of both prospects and also VAR partners.
- Technology experience of selling Endpoint Security Endpoint / EDR / XDR / MDR / DevOps / DevSecOps / AppSecOps
