**Devops Technical Leader** in Clermont-Ferrand.

Qualifications:
**_ PRE-REQUISITES_**

**Academic level or equivalent experience**:Bac + 5

**Skills required**
- Communication, good interpersonal skills, rigorous
- Coaching, organization, coordination and change management
- Problem solving, demonstrations, workshops and community of practice
- Good written and spoken English to work in an international context
- Mastery of tools / technologies (very good technical knowledge):
o DevOps practices,

o CI/CD chain

o Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, Maven, Artifactory, Ansible, AWX, SonarQube, Splunk, Nagios, Delphix, Robot Framework, Fortify, UFT, Docker, Kubernetes, API

**Desired Knowledge**:

- Collaborative tools (Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams,...)
- Service Now

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will integrate the team in charge of the DevOps Transformation.

To support this transformation, we have a set of tools and practices to measure the maturity of the teams (Squads) and to accompany them in their improvement plan.

We are looking for a technical expert (process and tools) to promote these practices and coach the teams in their implementation.

MAIN ACTIVITIES_**
- Provide technical expertise to support and deploy the practices and tools prescribed or promoted in the transformation program,
- Evolve and enrich practices by working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) based on the DORA capabilities market standards.
- Create a link between the teams in charge of solutions (Business Services - BS) and the central teams (Method & Quality - SMI)
- Support innovation by getting involved in the animation of communities of practice (COP) through demonstrations, POC, REX,...

Working with teams on a daily basis:

- Helping with implementation
- Identify and deal with difficulties and obstacles
- Capture the needs for improvement
- Improve documentation on practices and tools
