Accounts Payable Specialist

The role requires you to serve as a trusted Business Partner to our business management team to increase organizational efficiency and to encourage high performance culture. Our Accounts Payable Functional team is a very professional yet comfortable group to work in. You will be able to utilize your expertise in various strategic projects and to implement them with the constant support from the team. **The role is Temporary (Full time) for 12-18 months with hybrid model approach.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable Invoice processing
- Processing fixed assets invoices
- Inter-company Invoice processing
- Answering vendor queries
- Updating Purchase order spreadsheets
- General ledger account analysis
- Processing payments on a weekly basis
- Accounts Payable Project work
- Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
**Education**:
**Experience**:

- Experience in Accounting;
- SAP experience is a plus but not essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong time management and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload and multitask several activities at the same time.

**Travel**:

- A valid passport will be required.
- This is a crossed location position with occasional travels to other territories/countries for meetings and training.
