Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients basé à Molsheim un Customer Service (chargé(e) de Clientèle)
**Vos missions**:
Gérer la relation clientèle et les canaux de réception et distribution
Intégrer les demandes
Renseigner les informations nécessaires à la réalisation de la prestation
Proposer des alternatives aux clients en cas d'incidents
Donner de la visibilité aux clients
Produire et présenter les reportings clients (en parallèle avec le QHSE)
Solliciter des commandes supplémentaires si besoin
Appliquer les process QHSE
Savoir être
Sens de la Communication et de la relation clients
Capacité d'écoute et de reformulation
Rigueur
Motivation
Compétences
Anglais obligatoire
Allemand, un plus
**Connaissance et utilisation des logiciels bureautiques**: xls, Word, PPT....
**Rémunération**: 26 K € (+ ticket restaurant 10.40 €)
