**Your role**:
Within the Validation Services team part of Process Solutions, y ou manage an international team of four technical experts and consultants. Our 5 Validation Services labs (USA, France, India, China and Japan) conduct microbial and physical testing to validate sterilizing-grade filtration as well as to identify and quantify Extractables and Leachables from filters and single-use assemblies. Your team is in charge of conducting method harmonization, providing process reviews, technical & operational support to our 5 Labs. Your team is also responsible for answering regulatory queries from Pharma and BioPharma customers. You are a driver for change. You design the future of our Labs from a technical and digitalization standpoint. You also lead personally some of our global projects. You sponsor continuous improvement initiatives.
In a teamwork with Marketing, you lead the development of new services and ensuring a smooth and successful knowledge/tech transfer of these services.
Position based preferably in Burlington, MA, USA or in Molsheim, France.
**Who you are**:
- High scientist education (Master of science, engineer in Biology, microbiology...)
- Minimum five years experience in a Lab (R&D, Pharma QA Lab or Services's Lab operations). Lab experience in the field of microbiology and/or analytical chemistry is a plus.
- Experience of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) like Labware or LabVantage is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in team management and you are recognized as a supportive manager
- Excellent, consistent, and clear communicator internally - up and down - and towards our partners.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and networking
- Fluent in English
- Occasional international travel is possible
