**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for our packaging category (both primary and secondary packaging).

Responsibility will be given to you from day one, and you will be expected to use your growth mindset and creativity to help us grow our business across France. You are a roll-up-your-sleeves buyer who thrives in detail, organization, and analysis.

You will be working closely with the international expert of the category, supporting the optimization opportunities as well as managing multiple internal and external organizational relationships with stakeholders.

You will also lead our packaging reduction initiatives, and will enjoy this opportunity to structure and expand our strategy on this topic.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage our weekly spend to ensure we stay within budget; be responsible for weekly cost reporting
- Analyze service level and implement dedicated plans to improve your suppliers performance
- Create ongoing data analysis & category reviews to drive performance strategically within your category and achieve ambitious targets
- Ensure fluent supply through our production site for all local and international suppliers with respect of quality specifications.

**What we are looking for**:

- Master Degree from a Top Business School/ University, Purchasing degree is a plus
- 2 years of experience in procurement roles, preferably related to packaging
- Ability to work through tough problems with a rigorous and pragmatic approach
- Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects and proven project management skills
- Strong at internal and external stakeholder management. Demonstrate ability to work in teams and in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Fluency in English and French - both written and spoken
