**Category Buyer Civil Work (H/F)**

**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?**

De formation supérieur Bac + 5 école d'ingénieurs/de commerce ou équivalent avec spécialité achats, vous avez une expérience en tant qu'acheteur dans un grand groupe ?

Vous maitrisez les processus achats et vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de la négociation et contractualisation ?

Votre appétence et aisance à la compréhension technique, vous permettent de faire preuve d'une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ?

Vous avez des connaissances en contract management/juridique ?

Vous êtes dynamique avec un bon relationnel, à l’écoute des besoins opérationnels, rigoureux ?

Votre niveau d'anglais est fluent ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Au sein de la Direction des Achats, vous rejoindrez l’équipe achats Civil Work de Thales. Vous contribuerez à relever les défis de compétitivité du groupe sur les sujets liés à la catégorie.

Vous aurez pour missions principales de:

- Proposer la meilleure offre du marché (conditions, contrat..) en ligne avec la stratégie Achats de la catégorie et les enjeux du Groupe, et répondant au besoin du prescripteur interne,
- Participer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie globale d'achats de la catégorie (analyse du besoin, sourcing), répondant aux besoins de Thales,
- Organiser et gérer les consultations, mener les négociations avec les fournisseurs et élaborer le contrat si nécessaire,
- Identifier les risques et opportunités liés au fournisseur, marché,
- Assurer le suivi de la sous-traitance en collaboration avec le prescripteur,
- Piloter la relation avec les fournisseurs, définir et implémenter des axes de progrès,
- Optimiser le coût global de possession.
