You will provide daily guidance on all matters related to employee life and will be responsible for informing and advising both employees and managers.

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**:

You will be part of a team of 4 people. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will work in direct collaboration with other HR team members and operational managers.

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**:
1. **HR Support & Team Assistance**
- Provide HR advisory support to managers and senior leadership on topics such as team development, talent management, and work organization
- Prepare and participate in performance reviews, salary review campaigns, and employee interviews

2. **Employee Development & HR Projects**
- Monitor employee journeys (onboarding, development, internal mobility)
- Contribute to change management and implement HR projects: quality of work life, employee engagement
- Deploy and implement HR policies

3. **Personnel Administration**
- Oversee the administrative management of employees within your scope in coordination with internal departments (recruitment, payroll, HRIS):

- Manage the information of new hires and other contracts or amendments (probation periods, absences, personnel files, mobility, referral bonuses, mutual termination agreements, employer certificates, sick leave, work accidents, occupational health, insurance and benefits, resignations, and departures)
- Track absences (sick leave, special leave, leave balances, time savings accounts, etc.), on-call duty, and compensatory time off
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with internal policies and legal obligations
- Draft practical information notes, templates, and internal procedures

4. **Coordination & Continuous Improvement**
- Act as a liaison between field teams, managers, and other HR departments (payroll, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and share best practices
- Monitor HR key performance indicators (absenteeism, headcount, turnover, etc.)
- Update HR information systems

5. **Legal and Disciplinary Monitoring**
- Assist the Legal & Labor Law Manager in handling individual employee situations

**ABOUT YOU**:
SOFTSKILLS:

- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team spirit, thoroughness, autonomy, teaching ability
- Discretion, confidentiality
- Synthesis skills, active listening, strong writing skills

HARDSKILLS:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a role of HRBP
- Solid understanding of HR and Excel; basic knowledge of labor law
