Reporting to the Billing and Account Receivables Team Lead Retail Media, this role will be handling the most advanced billing and accounts receivables tasks, from accommodating complex client’s requests, explaining gaps to our FP&A team, participating to key monthly closing activities, or providing insights on the billing and accounting of new products or contracts. Main responsibilities include: - Maintaining the billing system - Generating invoices and account statements - Performing account reconciliations - Maintaining accounts receivable files and records - Producing monthly financial and management reports - Assist with month-end closing activities. - Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries - Assisting in general financial management and analysis - Developing contacts within assigned large customers to facilitate the achievement of client’s business objectives and ease approval of invoice payment. Who you are: - BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. - Proven working experience as Receivable Accountant, not less than 3 years. - Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (including developing vba macros) and accounting software (SAP) - Proficiency in English and MS Office. - Strong teamwork and business partnering capabilities - You are able to prioritize and manage expectations - You have a keen eye for detail, with analytical skills, - You are able to work independently - You know how to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company - You have mathematical background LI-LP1 WTTJ At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
