We are looking for an **AR (Accounts Receivable) Team Manager** to join the **Finance** team in **Paris**.

**The team you'll be joining**:
As an **AR (Accounts Receivable) Team Manager,** you will join the Group Accounting team within the Finance department and will report to the Working Capital Senior Manager.

You'll be part of a strategic team that collaborates with all departments across the organization, from Sales, Finance and IT to Product. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects in a fast-paced, international environment where innovation is constant.

**What you'll do**:
**In your first 6 months**, success will look like engaging your direct team of billing specialists, optimizing international billing processes while establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all group countries (France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands).

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- **Lead and organize a dynamic team** of 3-5 professionals managing billing activities across all group countries, fostering their growth while ensuring operational excellence**Drive continuous automation and process optimization** by leveraging technology to handle high-volume billing operations efficiently, eliminating manual processes wherever possible
- **Ensure seamless billing operations**by controlling the completeness and accuracy of monthly customer billing cycles through strategic collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
- **Optimize the Order-to-Cash process** in partnership with the Working Capital Senior Manager, including proactive monitoring of direct debits and leading recovery initiatives for outstanding receivables**Champion technology-driven improvements** by identifying and implementing system enhancements across our tech stack (Salesforce, Zuora, SAP) to support massive scale operations
- **Drive monthly and annual financial closing activities**with a focus on performance optimization and maintaining the highest standards of internal controls

- Are fluent in **English** and able to work in a **constantly evolving international environment**- Have **proven experience managing high-volume billing operations** (min. 8-10 years)
- Have the **ability to engage and organise a team** of specialists, with a hands-on approach
- Demonstrate **excellent communication skills** and ability to work **cross-functionally**- Have** strong IT appetite and automation mindset**, capable of identifying and eliminating manual processes to maintain efficiency at scale
- Have an **analytical mindset** to identify trends, solve problems and support decision-making

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

- Have direct team management experience
- Can speak and understand French
- Have experience with Zuora (billing tool), SAP, Salesforce
- Have worked in audit environments
