Retail IT Manager Southern Europe

C&A is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Tech Leader to oversee the technology systems and operations in our retail organization in South Europe (France, Spain, Portugal and Italy).
As our Retail IT Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our retail technology infrastructure across approximately 300 stores, two head offices, and two warehouses. You'll lead a team of eight IT professionals split between two locations (Courbevoie in Paris and Madrid) to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our retail technology systems. You'll work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements. You'll also identify and mitigate security risks, manage vendor relationships, and maintain documentation of our retail technology systems.
**In this role you will have the opportunity to**:
Lead and mentor a team of 8 IT professionals to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our retail technology systems
Manage vendor relationships to ensure that service level agreements are met and that vendors deliver high-quality products and services.
Develop and maintain documentation of our retail technology systems, including system configurations and standard operating procedures.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Languages
French and English speaker
Spanish would be beneficial but not essential
