Semiconductor Cleanroom Technician

Our exciting and innovative new start-up is currently searching for a highly skilled Clean Room Technician to join the team developing industry-leading photonic fabrication processes. The role will involve collaborating with both process engineers and technicians on development, fabrication and facility management.Supporting plasma, high temperature furnace and/or optical lithography processes will be required as well supportingpackaging processes for electronic/photonic modules, including die attach and wire bonding processes and high-precision alignment of optical components.
Required skills for the Semiconductor Cleanroom Technician will include:
- Cleanroom experience within a semiconductor environment
- Experience with nanotech process development (lithography, deposition, etching,).
- Experience with microelectronics packaging technologies (wirebonding, die attach, PCB)
- Fluent in Italian (English is a plus)
- High School Diploma in technical fields (chemical, mechanical or similar). A Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus
