We are currently looking for a** Translation Project Manager with German **to join our **TextMaster **team and cover for a **maternity leave**.
**TextMaster is a rapidly growing tech company specialised in online professional translation, with over 10,000 customers in 110 countries worldwide, from SMBs to large corporate clients. The company is actively expanding (150% yearly growth) and has become the leading platform in Europe in less than 5 years.**
**TextMaster has been part of the Acolad Group since 2018.**
As a** Translation Project Manager **at** TextMaster, **you’ll join a FAST-GROWING company with substantial international potential and a young, energetic team that is revolutionizing the translation and copywriting industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate your clients’ translation projects: analysis requests, quote preparation, translators/proofreaders team creation and project follow-up.
- Provide estimates and recommend the most appropriate solutions to current and prospect clients.
- Supervise clients’ projects.
- Participate in the selection of translators.
- Ensure that the deadlines imposed by clients are respected and monitor the quality of the orders placed.
- Timely replies to client requests and maintain a high level of service.
- Handle potential client feedback.
In general, you´ll be responsible for ensuring that translation resources meet the needs of clients and supervise the quality of the delivered translations
**Requirements**:
- Languages: Good level of **German **and fluent **English.**:
- Knowledge of **MS Office** necessary.
- Previous **experience in project management, customer care or translation**.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong capacity to work independently, take initiatives and respect short deadlines.
- Good organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn to use new technical tools.
