**SUMMARY**
As a member of our development team, you will play an active role in developing physics-based optical simulation software.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing in C++ autonomously or within a small team
- Developing unit testing and taking part in writing the software documentation
- Contributing to study and estimation phases of software development
- Collaborating with the teams dedicated to product validation and support

More specifically:

- You contribute to the development of the optical and photometric simulation kernel integrated in ANSYS portfolio

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
Graduated from an Engineering School or University with majors in Optics and Physics.
- You have solid skills in Mathematics and Signal Processing
- You have basic knowledge in optics simulation (Photometry, Rendering, Ray tracing, Monte Carlo techniques, Global illumination) and sensor modelisation (Lidar, Camera, Eye)
- You have a good skills in C++ and CUDA programming
- You have already used versioning software (Git, Azure DevOps)
- You know how to take initiatives, be proactive and you are eager to develop your skills in an innovative company. Your dynamism, curiosity, team spirit and interpersonalskills will be strong assets to succeed in your assignments

As the position is embedded in an international scientific context, a good English level, as well as a scientific background, are necessary.
