**ENTER THE GAME**

As a **Legal & Corporate Governance, IP & Anti-Corruption Intern**, you will join the** Corporate/IP/Anti-Corruption team**committed to supporting the Group's legal operations and compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will actively contribute to a wide range of corporate legal activities, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of legal management in an international environment.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your main missions will be:

- **Assist in the Group's corporate legal activities (in France and abroad)**: preparation of annual accounts approval, statutory amendments, and implementation of powers of attorney.
- ** Support in monitoring the Group's insurance policies**: contribute to renewals management and claims reporting when applicable.
- ** Contribute to the maintenance of the trademark portfolio**: assist with filings and renewals in coordination with external advisors.
- ** Assist with KYC requests**: complete forms, collect and submit required documentation.
- ** General responsibilities**: update reporting tools and conduct legal research/monitoring of regulatory developments in corporate law.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This internship is for you if:

- You are curious and rigorous,
- You have strong writing skills,
- You have an interest in new technologies and the challenges of a digital environment,
- You have a good command of English.
- You are a student in a Master's program (Master 2) and wish to complete an end-of-studies internship.
- Finally, a first experience in a law firm, or legal department of a company would be a plus

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**

Next, you will meet **Jordane WEISGERBER - Head of Corporate**, your future manager.

Finally, you'll have a final HR interview with **Mathilde**, where you'll also debrief the results of your AssessFirst test.

The recruitment process usually takes around **4 weeks** to ensure an optimal experience for you.
