Transition Manager

**The Person**
We are seeking a **French-speaking Transition Manager** to join our dynamic team on the customer side. Fluency in French is essential, as the role involves working closely with French-speaking stakeholders and managing transitions within a French client environment.

As a Transition Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the seamless transfer of services, processes, and responsibilities from one entity to another. Your primary focus will be ensuring a smooth transition for our customers, maintaining strong communication channels, and managing the overall change process effectively.

**Key Competencies**
- **Project Planning and Coordination**
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate all aspects of the transition, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure success.
- **Stakeholder Communication**
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the transition process.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address concerns and queries from customers promptly and professionally.
- **Risk Management**
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess the impact of changes on customer operations.
- Implement contingency plans as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the transition process.
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress and key metrics.
- Conduct post-transition reviews and capture lessons learned.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, IT, and project management.
- Provide insights to optimise processes and enhance the customer experience.
- **Quality Assurance**
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the transition meets defined standards.
- Conduct audits to assess transition effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in **French and English** is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Transition Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing and/or multinational environment.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
