The EMEA High Jewellery Merchandising Specialist will support the strategy and growth of the EMEA High Jewellery business. The individual will support EMEA region to grow the High Jewellery segment at events and daily business. In support to the HJ Manager, the individual will execute regional HJ merchandising strategies that align with the global vision for High Jewelry. Working on the merchandise assortments to meet the needs of diverse markets across the EMEA region, considering local trends, client preferences, and business goals.
They will report to the Regional HJ Manager and work in proximity with the Global HJ team, regional and in-market merchandising teams.
This role is lead with passion, through a strong analytical lens and with the ability to adapt and move quickly with the understanding of a fast evolving high Jewellery business.
**Missions**:
**Stock Management & Allocation Focus on High Jewelry Embassy**
- High Jewelry stock management with a focus on HJ Embassies and events assortment. Ensure that inventory levels are strategically balanced, with stock being appropriately allocated to meet both high demand and maintain exclusivity.
- Collaborate with the HJ Team and the HJ Embassies to assess market demand, manage stock flows, stock assortment and pull back and ensure the timely replenishment of inventory while maintaining luxury exclusivity standards.
- Work closely with the CVM Team supporting the Local HJ display remaining true to Tiffany’s global brand identity.
- Maintain a consistent flow of communication with stores in the region, as well as globally, to ensure that visual assets are shared in a timely manner and are easily accessible for promotional and client-facing needs.
**Stock Requests & Transfer Management**
- Support the team on High Jewelry client requests across the EMEA region, ensuring all requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the EMEA High Jewelry team to confirm inventory needs and assess regional demand, aligning with local client preferences.
- In partnership with the EMEA logistics team, coordinate the movement of high jewelry pieces across the region or globally to fulfill client requests, when approved by the EMEA HJ Team ensuring the seamless and secure transfer of inventory between locations.
- Manage and coordinate picture and video requests for High Jewelry collections across the EMEA region and globally.
- Ensure that all stores within EMEA have access to high-quality visuals that align with Tiffany’s brand standards and can be used for client engagement, and distance / Virtual Sales.
**Sales Pipeline Management**
- Work daily on managing the sales pipeline for High Jewelry in the region. Ensure that all sales are tracked accurately and up to date in the sales pipeline tracker.
- Collaborate with the EMEA HJ team to monitor progress, provide updates on inventory availability, and ensure a seamless flow of communication between the various departments involved in the sales process.
- Regularly review and update the pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed and the stock are well allocated
**Reporting & Analyzing**
- Support the HJ Team to prepare monthly reports on High Jewelry performance, detailing trends, sales, and inventory needs for regional management.Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to optimize stock allocation and ensure the availability of key pieces in the right locations. Track performance and adjust assortments accordingly to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end jewelry or luxury goods merchandising, with a focus on high jewelry.
- Proven ability to manage product assortments and inventory to maximize sales performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive business decisions.
- High attention to detail and a passion for the luxury and jewelry industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- A degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA luxury market and its consumer behavior.
