Head of Sales – EMEA Join to apply for the HEAD OF SALES EMEA role at STATION F. Overview Our tech team has built the most advanced Agentic AI Hyperautomation platform on the market. We automate any task within minutes and transform how humans work at enterprise scale. Our customers include the largest companies in Europe, such as LVMH, Hermès, Thales, Auchan, Bouygues, and Uniqlo. We have received national, EMEA, and global awards for our technology. Mission After a successful €5 M seed round in 2023, we are closing our Series A and ready to scale. We need an experienced, hands‑on sales leader to bring order to structured chaos and drive high‑performance teams from early scale‑up to market dominance. Mandatory You have scaled a B2B SaaS startup revenue from €1 M (minimum) to €10 M, €2 M to €20 M, or €10 M to €100 M. You have 10+ years successful experience as an Enterprise Sales leader in Automation, IT, Cyber, or AI. What You’ll Do Own all EMEA revenue targets and sales execution. Lead, structure, and inspire the EMEA sales team (AEs, BDRs). Drive performance, accountability, and growth. Design and enforce high‑velocity, high‑accountability sales processes (forecasting, pipeline, quota, enablement). Set strategic directions for EMEA GTM segments; prioritize and close CAC‑40 / Fortune 500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, AI, DevOps, and other verticals. Partner directly with Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Founders to align field reality with product and GTM. Requirements Preferred Experience You have personally closed multiple 7‑figure deals with Enterprise CISO, CIO, CAIO, CEO, and board‑level stakeholders. You have sold and scaled an enterprise sales team to consistently achieve quota on 6‑12 month complex sales cycles and €200 K–€2 M+ average deal sizes in automation, IT, cyber, or AI to multiple stakeholders. You have a proven ability to build discipline, a high‑performance sales culture, and teams that consistently deliver. Bilingual in French and English. Relentless focus on revenue growth and results. Titles, internal politics, and comfort aren’t for you; you want to build and win. Recruitment Process Intro call (30 min) – Quick chat. Dive (1 h 30 min) – We learn about you.
