We are hiring an Electronic Sales Trading Specialist to join the OTC Trading Global Business Unit. The team is responsible for the systematic and OTC trading desk, agency executions, and liquidity solutions across spot and derivatives. The Electronic Sales Trading Specialist will be part of a high-growth team, and play a key role to expand the business clients and the trading flow of the automated OTC & liquidity systems.
- Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, and drive the volume/revenue targets of the automated OTC & liquidity systems.
- Support the growth of all OTC services within the EU region, with a specific focus on electronic OTC services.
- Develop new client relationships, whether through cold-calls or cross-business referrals.
- Strengthen existing client relationships to increase their use of OTC services/volumes.
- Work in conjunction with Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal to deliver enhanced products and institutional user experience.
- Support the growth and development of the OTC/liquidity systems through business strategy, operationalization, and client management.
- Requirements
- Strong education background in business, engineering, or finance.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in banking, brokerage, fintech, or crypto industry.
- Solid understanding of electronic trading systems, liquidity and trading ecosystems, OMS/EMS, and API connectivity B2B solutions.
- Solid understanding of various electronic asset classes’ products, especially derivatives.
- Effective communicator, and able to present business and product solutions to external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, hands-on, results-oriented, and able to drive business and growth agendas with mínimal supervision.
- Passion about the crypto industry, and how to grow innovative OTC and liquidity solutions across the various institutional market participants.
