**Position Overview**:
As an **Assistant Project Manager Intern**, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and follow-up of strategic business development initiatives. You’ll gain practical experience in project management, team collaboration, and client-oriented operations within a unique and growing industry — **no technical or pharmaceutical background required**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and status trackers
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage follow-up actions
- Support collaboration across departments (marketing, sales, operations)
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools
- Help manage CRM updates and data quality (Salesforce, Brevo, or similar)
- Conduct light research or benchmarking to support decision-making and strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a **Master (BAC+5)** degree in **Economics, Management, Political Science, or related fields**:

- Excellent organization and time management skills
- **Native-level proficiency in Chinese**:

- **Advanced level in either French or English**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (**especially Excel**)
- Good data analysis skills
- Past working experience focusing on the French market is a plus
- **Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Brevo is a plus**:

- Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a collaborative team environment
- **Ability to work full-time fully on-site in Malakoff**
