You join AEW as a Portfolio Manager, manage 2 receivables management analysts and are responsible for portfolio management.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
- Managing the monitoring of receivables and commitments of borrowers of French and Luxembourg vehicles, as well as flows in relation to the Funds Operations and Funds Admin teams;
- Maintain the relationship with agents and other credit parties (borrowers, lawyers, experts, real estate, etc.);
- Manage and negotiate waivers and amendments to financing contracts in connection with Fund Managers;
- Participate in debt restructuring in connection with Fund Managers;
- Ensure the performance of underlying assets, credit risk and update of debt scoring with the Moodys Analytics tool;
- Ensure internal quarterly reporting, including reporting to Fund investors and participating in the process of acquiring real estate receivables in the execution phase.

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in a similar function in structured real estate finance at the middle or front office within a bank or a specialized fund.
You are familiar with:
- The European real estate finance market and its legal environment (LMA);
- Financial analysis;
- Business plans, actuarial calculations and statistics;
- The Office Pack.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Rigorous, timely and proactive;
- Able to analyze and synthesize information;
- Known for your teamwork and persuasive skills.
You master English with a C1 level.
