Quant Equity Portfolio Manager – ParisCW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global hedge fund to hire aQuantitative Equity Portfolio Managerfor their Paris office. This is a high-impact opportunity to run capital and deploy alpha-driven strategies within a collaborative, low-politics environment.The Role:We're looking for a proven Portfolio Manager or Alpha Contributor with experience across Futures, Equities, FX, or Relative-Value Arbitrage. You'll manage a dedicated capital allocation and generate high-quality, systematic alpha signals.Key Responsibilities:Deploy and manage systematic strategies with holding periods from hours to weeksGenerate predictive signals and construct uncorrelated, asymmetric portfoliosConduct performance and risk attributionCollaborate with global teams and contribute to a high-performing deskPreferred Experience:5+ years of capital management experience (hedge fund preferred)$10m+ annual PnL, $300m+ AUM, Sharpe > 1.5Strong coding skills (Python, C++, etc.)Deep market understanding (pricing, volatility, microstructure)Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
