**About the role**:
Au sein d'un dispositif dédié à l'infogérance d'un client stratégique, vous êtes garant de la maitrise des risques des opérations programmées dans le respect des bonnes pratiques ITIL. À ce titre, vous avez en charge:
De centraliser l'ensemble des demandes de changements pour les créer dans l'outil ITSM et de les faire suivre en appliquant l'ensemble des étapes du processus de gestion des changements,

De vous assurer que l'ensemble des acteurs impactés par le changement soient identifiés, de vérifier que l'ensemble des documents et des actions visant à sécuriser le changement soient présents et correctement remplis,

D'obtenir l'accord du client en présentant les opérations au Change Advisory Board (CAB),

D'établir des rapports périodiques (hebdomadaire, mensuel, annuel) sur le traitement des changements permettant de tracer la qualité des changements et d'en analyser les dysfonctionnements en cas d'échec ou de non maîtrise des impacts,

D'être force de proposition concernant les actions d'amélioration des processus à partir de l'analyse des indicateurs de performance,

De participer aux partages de bonnes pratiques au sein des équipes d'exploitation.

À noter que cette mission peut éventuellement donner lieu à des déplacements en France et principalement en région Parisienne.

**About you**:
De formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) en informatique, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans le secteur de l'IT sur des fonctions équivalentes.

Vous avez une maîtrise du coaching technique et des processus dans en environnement de production complexe et vous avez déjà travaillé sur une ou plusieurs grand compte clients.

Compétences nécessaires:
Expérience significative voire une certification des pratiques ITIL foundation v4 ;
Organisation : Planification, priorisation, mise en oeuvre de multiples projets, respects des délais et reporting ;
Leadership : Accompagne le changement, inspire les autres membres de l'équipe à donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes et détermine l'orientation de nombreuses initiatives ;
Réflexion analytique : évaluent de manière critique les processus et les projets individuels, synthétise pour parvenir à l'atteinte de résultat ;
Communication : Anime pour faire adhérer en communiquant efficacement.
