**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
As part of the agency’s editorial and digital team, reporting to a Consulting Director and under the supervision of the Head of Content & Digital, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring production follow-up for assigned client projects, focusing primarily on organizational aspects. Budget oversight will be managed by the Account Director, while relational tasks will be shared based on project types.
- **Planning and briefing**: Allocating time for production teams as per project needs, briefing internal designers and external partners (writers, videographers, etc.), and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- **Participating in project conception**: Collaborating with designers on benchmarks, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation workshops both internally and with clients.
- **Content creation**: Developing snack content, crafting designs, and leveraging AI-assisted content tools.
- Producing presentation materials to showcase ideas and project progress to clients, attending meetings, documenting minutes, and organizing task lists to ensure rigorous project follow-up.
- Conducting quality control on all deliverables before submission to clients.
- Managing tools and processes for production tracking, performance measurement, and client relationship management.
- If interested (and workload permitting), contributing to **tender responses**: Proposing suitable methodologies and defining project scopes in response to client briefs.
