Otis développe son activité et recherche un opérateur Otis Line (H/F) pour intégrer notre siège situé à Puteaux.

Votre priorité est de réceptionner et enregistrer les demandes clients et de transmettre les pannes aux techniciens. A ce titre, vous assurez le support et la sécurité des équipes chantiers.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez:
- Traiter les appels techniciens,- Recevoir et enregistrer les téléalarmes,- Recevoir et traiter les appels clients,- Valider et transmettre les pannes- Rechercher auprès des interlocuteurs chantier la bonne information pour renseigner le client- Proposer, faire remonter des modifications/améliorations dans les process- Assister d’autres opérateurs dans la résolution de problèmes,- Etre capable de conseiller et transmettre son savoir-faire/ savoir-être aux membres de l’équipe

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
- Vous avez une première expérience sur un poste similaire (environ 2 ans)- Curieux(se), adaptable, vous savez travailler seul(e) comme en équipe- Vous disposez d’une bonne communication et d’un bon relationnel- Organisé(e) et autonome, vous savez faire preuve de rigueur dans l’exercice de vos fonctions
