**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a significant impact? As Recruiting Manager (M/F) at Oliver Wyman, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by managing the recruitment of top-tier consultants for France and Belgium.
- Oliver Wyman embraces a hybrid working policy, expecting the successful applicant to work a minimum of 3 days a week in our Paris office._
- The weekly contracted hours for this role are 38 hours per week + 19 days RTT_

**What the role involves**:

- ** Quality Assurance**: Defining essential skill sets and screening criteria to maintain high standards and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
- ** CV Screening**: Reviewing and processing CVs according to established criteria, coordinating the screening process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Stakeholder relations**: Managing relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment in recruitment efforts.
- ** Onboarding**: Partnering with Human Capital stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively into our culture.
- ** Strategic insights**: Conducting regular campaign analyses and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
- ** Project Involvement**: Engaging in broader regional and global Human Capital projects to enhance our overall talent strategy.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Experience**: You’ll be a seasoned recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within a professional services or management consulting firm. Campus recruiting experience is a plus.
- ** Leadership Skills**: You’ll have proven experience in managing and developing a small team and able to navigate complex stakeholders and matrix
- ** Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the French and Belgian talent landscapes will be essential.
- ** Sourcing Expertise**: Strong direct sourcing experience with a successful track record in building diverse talent pipelines is required
- ** Adaptability**: You’ll be comfortable working in both local and international environments in a fast-paced and changing atmosphere.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
