We are currently looking for a **Strategic Project Manager** to support our growth.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
The Strategic Project Manager must be both analytical and creative, finding ways to gather, refine, and prioritize various ideas and customer requirements into concrete plans and focus internal teams to deliver the expected results. Strong interpersonal skills are vital as the position will have frequent interaction with executive leaders at both DM and with our customer partners.
- Lead large, complex projects including new product and feature launches, opening new markets, process improvements, technology integrations, large customer onboarding, or scaling our solutions;
- Become an expert on our product offering while the business continues its rapid growth;
- Identify and tenaciously pursue new ideas and opportunities for growth or improved customer experience;
- Define project plans, lead project follow-up (internal and external) meetings, and translate business needs into operational/technical specifications;
- Proactively look for new opportunities on the market and collaborate closely with Business Development leadership and sales teams;
- Define project KPIs or metrics and report on project progress and performance to executive leaders and all stakeholders;
- Work with all internal departments and global-based teams to successfully complete projects on time, to specs, and on budget;

**Essential Qualifications**
- 5 years experience in project management with a track record of improving services while reducing costs
- A passion for leading change and developing best in class customer focused products and services
- Organized, structured, and rigorous; but also agile and adaptable
- Focused on finding solutions and overcoming challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable with complexity and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Project Management software or tools

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant experience in consultancy, Saas Industry or medical/dental industry
- Experience in a startup environment
- Fluency in other European languages
- An advanced degree
- Project Management certificates or specialized PM training
