**MAIN PURPOSE**
Reporting to the International Jewellery Marketing Director, the Jewellery Makreting Strategic Projects Manager defines, leads and coordinates strategic cross-department projects in line with the Maison’s strategy and coordinates key momentum for the Jewellery Marketing department such as the strategic plan or the annual world meeting.
She/he has a transversal overview of the strategy and activities of the department and manages transversal functions: business analyst, project manager, coordinators.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Definition, coordination and implementation of strategic projects for the department**
Working closely with the Jewellery Marketing Director and key stakeholders:
- Defines the strategy and priorities for the Jewellery marketing department & coordinates the 3-year strategic plan.
- Leads and coordinates strategic transversal topics in close collaboration with Client Marketing, Communication, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Operations, CSR, etc. and is the key referent for the Jewellery Marketing department on those projects.
- Plays a key role in the transformation and modernization of the department, promoting and implementing new tools, processes, and ways of working in collaboration with various fields of expertise (digital, innovation etc..) and other product categories.
- Creates a strong partnership with all stakeholders to ensure effective and constructive collaboration.
- **Monitoring of the Jewellery business & market analysis**
Working closely with the entire Jewellery Marketing team, markets and Operations:
- Manages collections and market analysis for the Jewellery Marketing department, monitoring forecasts, sales and client KPIs and providing regular in-depth qualitative analysis of the business
- Coordinates presentations to Executive Committee
- Provides reports on competition & financial analysis
- Ensures continuous improvement of the sales reports & tools
- Coordinates and provides recommendation for annual price reviews (from unique pieces to core business)
- Monitors price analysis and margin
- **Transversal coordination for the department**
Coordinates key events for the department:
- Coordinates the annual World Meeting and other key events for the department (retro planning, objectives, content and key messages, coordination of product selection and product availability, tools & content production, budget management)
Oversees the transversal activities of the department:
- Product related tools & assets (visuals, edition tools, packaging etc)
- Product selections for communication campaigns
- Product information for sales tools
- Product logistics flows
- Other adhoc projects
- **Team Management (team of 4 people)**
- Leads, motivates and develops a team of various profiles and expertises (Business Analyst, Project Manager, Coordinators)
- Manages the distribution of the scope and pilots the workload of the team with.
- Is an agent of change and anticipates evolution needs in terms of organization and processes
- Participates in recruiting and ensures the success of onboardings.
