**Job Title: IT Support Specialist**

**Location**: Huningue, France **Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-time **Work Arrangement**: Fully on-site

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Huningue, France. As an integral part of the IT team, you will provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve tickets via the helpdesk system.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
- Assist in IT-related projects and upgrades.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications (eg, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
