**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You actively support and participate in the implementation of Agile, continuous integration, continuous testing & continuous delivery processes
- You manage a mid-size team (5-10) with diverse profiles
- You bring your technical expertise to the team
- Your team is an enabler for business-focused teams, providing best-in-class tools and support
- You are an active member of a KANBAN team, taking part in its rituals
- You are empowered to make architecture and implementation choices
- You define team objectives in accordance with Product Owner-defined needs
- You are accountable for the reliability of your team’s output
- You speak for your team with internal and external entities
- You enforce security good practices (secure coding, end-to-end encryption, etc)

- You are empowered to improve the frameworks, and ensure their stability
- You bring new ideas on how to improve the software, tools or processes currently in use
- You learn quickly & often, and share knowledge willingly
- You tackle issues that arise in the build environment
- You set up and maintain a practical build and test environment
- You contribute to the successful delivery of your own projects which in turn enable business project to be delivered

**Skills we can’t do without**:

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or information technology
- Relevant management experience
- Professional hands-on experience with:

- Continuous Integration (GitLab CI/Jenkins/etc)
- Infrastructure as Code (Puppet/Ansible)
- Python and Go programming languages
- Docker
- Linux (shell, networking, package managers)
- Git usage
- Fluency in English and French languages

**Skills we’d like**:

- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with other programming languages (C++)
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass on knowledge
- Significant experience in problem solving and decision-making techniques
- Flexibility and adaptability within the workplace
- Drive to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
- Autonomy, independence and readiness to take decisions
