**About the role**

Dioxycle is hiring an
** Industrial Engineering Project Manager** who will manage the development of our first pilots on industrial sites and play a key cross-functional role to coordinate our different teams and industry partners.

In particular, your missions will involve:

- Setting-up our industrial piloting roadmap including key actions and dependencies
- Establishing a project management drumbeat with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with internal teams responsible for stack development, process design, etc.
- Identifying and managing industrial partners and suppliers involved in engineering and construction
- Providing frequent reports on progress, spend and key risks affecting project delivery
- Coordinating the delivery of key documents linked with the pilot development: P&ID, Heat & Material balance, process book, HAZOP, ATEX study, basic design
- At scale, setting-up a larger project management office fit for commercial development

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced
**Industrial Engineering Project Manager**, not afraid of working under tight timelines and willing to work her/his a** off to fight climate change with us. Below are the skills we believe will enable you to be successful in this role.

**Skillsets we are looking for**:

- Chemical engineering / process training or experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management in an industrial context, preferably in heavy industry (chemistry, steel, cement etc.)
- Experience in building pilot plants and/or scaling up new industrial technologies from low TRL to high TRL
- Experience in setting up engineering contracts and procurement strategies for equipment and construction work
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, preferably PMP certified
- Capability to understand and challenge technological, process and operational aspects of the project
- Knowledge in norms such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and ATEX (explosive atmosphere)
- Strong leadership and management preferably in a multicultural environment
- Passion for scaling climate solutions, commitment to take action, and strong work ethic
