F-Secure is seeking for a dynamic, experienced Key Account Manager with a hands-on mentality to oversee one of our strategic account groups in Europe and with potential expansion into Africa and the Middle East. The Key Account Manager will have an important role in the growth ambition of F-Secure that includes expansion into the Tier 1 CSP segment where F-Secure has created several new partnerships during the last years.
In this role, you would be the main contact for the Group account, being responsible for both setting up and growing the business in France as well as coordinating the business growth in other countries the group account is active in. Different situations occurs from growing existing business to building the business from the start with the partner. The Key Account Manager will have an important role in coordinating with a team of marketeers, service managers and project managers a successful Go-to-Market in these situations. You would be working closely with both internal teams and external partner teams to ensure the success of the partnership. On both the internal and external side this includes maintaining relationships with day-to-day involved personnel as with maintaining relationships with and reporting to executive leaders on both sides.
Following the success of expanding the partnership it is possible that F-Secure will further expand the team working with the partner where the Key Account Manager may get a leading position in the team based on competences and own development aspirations.
The role is a mainly remote role which includes travel. You would be working for example from the partner location, home office and from the shared office spaces that F-Secure has available. The job position is available for France (ideally in the Paris region).
**Key Responsibilities**:
Acting as the primary point of contact for a large strategic partner, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, driving partner engagement, and managing day-to-day operations.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the partnership to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
Develop and implement long-term strategies to strengthen the partnership. Align partner activities with broader business goals, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth.
Overlook the development of the group and keep close relationships with other commercial responsible colleagues that have daily contact with Group members in countries.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics. Use data to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to both internal teams and the partner.
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the success of the partnership. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
**What we're looking for**:
7+ years of experience in a strategic account management or partner management role, ideally within the cybersecurity or identity theft protection industry.
Deep understanding of consumer cybersecurity and identity theft protection solutions, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Full professional proficiency both in French & English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Readiness for occasional travel - While the role is located in France, this role will involve some traveling.
