**Role Definition**:
**ACTIVITY 1: Document exchange with Contractors & Subcontractors**
- EDMS Aconex for processing of incoming and return of deliverable document between LEMS projects and contractor and subcontractors (suppliers)
**ACTIVITY 2: Quality Control of Documentation**
- Quality control of all incoming and outgoing documentation in accordance with document control management procedures
Ensure all quality requirement are met and in line with LEMS procedures and instructions.
**ACTIVITY 3: Monthly/Weekly reporting**
- Upkeep of all status reports and expediting report for all package deliverables both for Employer and Contractors.
Provide accurate reports in line with Project reporting and KPI requirements.
