**Responsibilities**:

1._ **Renew “easy” contracts automatically prepared**_

1.1 Checks renewal letters automatically generated by the system

1.2 Updates CRM with necessary manual changes (pending PO etc)

1.3 Checks / identifies the right contact person - updates the system and the Excel database “NOUBA”

1.4 Sends letters to Customers

2._ **Renew specific / complex contracts**_

2.1 Prepares contracts in the system based on instructions given by Service Manager, Business Engineer or Service coordinators (prices, dates etc.)

2.2 Issues renewal letters

2.3 Checks / identifies the right contact person - updates the system and the Excel database “NOUBA”

2.4 Sends letters to Customers

3._ **Enters contracts orders in the system**_

3.1 Checks if order is in line with the offer

3.2 Acknowledge orders

3.3 Enters contracts orders in CRM

3.4 Generates / checks / updates Field Service Orders for the year

3.5 Updates Excel database

3.6 Notifies technicians

4._ **RMAs / product returns**_

4.1 Create RMAs for workshop on Customers’ request

4.2 Send reminders for maintenance to Véolia and organizes product returns

4.3 Follow up on Véolia returns (outside of CRM) to prepare invoicing 15%

5._ **Performs various administrative tasks**_

5.1 Checks unanswered contracts renewal letters, sends reminders

5.2 Constantly updates the “Contract renewal” Excel table, checks for inconsistencies, forgotten tasks, pending actions etc

5.3 Helps Coordinators in any necessary admin task they might need help on

**Qualifications**:

**Experience (required)**:

- 2 years in Customer service or Service coordination

**Experience (preferred)**:

- Knowledge of SAP and SAPCRM

**Education (required)**:

- BTS or equivalent in commercial field

**Education (preferred)**:

- Eng
