**Your assignment**

As our company is growing, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will contribute to our team, not just by filling vacancies, but by truly understanding our business and attracting the right people.

Based in Paris, you will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement. You will be trained to manage the full talent acquisition cycle from identification through to offer for our French Business Unit.

You will be recruiting all positions, with a strong focus on Tech and Sales functions.

**Things you'll be working on**
- Coordinate our Referral program
- Write and post attractive job ads
- Conduct pre-qualification phone interviews, face-to-face and video interviews
- Provide support to managers with their recruitment (sourcing strategy, guarantee compliance with the overall process, participate to the final decision...)
- Ensure onboarding process for new employees
- Ensure regular reporting on your recruitment activity,
- Watch our market, collect and analyze data in order to define innovative actions
- Identify process improvement and work with your Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement to embody best practice across our full recruitment cycle

**Questions you'll help answer**

How do we attract people who are aligned with our values and corporate culture?

How do we select people with the right skillset and personality?

How do we write an attractive ad and what are the must-have places where we must be present?

**What you need to be successful**

You have at least 1/2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT sector. You have strong communication skills in French both written and verbal, and you are very comfortable with English language (C1/C2 level).

- Talented in identifying people's skills and understanding what they can bring to the company
- Tech-savvy and social network focused (ATS Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Innately good judge of character with ability to articulate your recommendation based on evidence
- Strong organizational skills lined with an ability to multitask
- Able to persuade and negotiate to rally potential talents
- Expert on the French job market
