In the context of the development of Elevate, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to ensure recruitment, onboarding and development of top profiles in the competitive data & AI market. You will manage the full recruitment process for our future consultants, always aiming to provide the best candidate experience. Responsibilities Recruitment of data & AI profiles (~90%) Gather briefs from managers and develop a sourcing strategy for varied profiles of all experience levels. Source on job boards and various recruitment tools. Pre‑qualify candidates. Track the recruitment process and organize appointments with stakeholders. Close offers. Build and develop a talent pool. Pilot the onboarding of new Elevaters (~10%) Coordinate onboarding activities with the Talent team. Qualifications Desired profile Education: Bac+5 from a business school or university. About 2 years of professional recruitment experience. Soft Skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growing environment with flexibility and responsiveness. Curiosity, empathy and a willingness to work in a supportive yet demanding environment. Autonomous, proactive, enjoys innovation. Ability to manage priorities, rigorous, result‑oriented. Hard Skills Full recruitment process mastery and familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Tenacious, dynamic, proven direct‑search abilities. Organized, rigorous, comfortable with IT tools. Excellent oral and written French. Professional English proficiency. Bonus Experience in start‑ups, tech or consulting. Interview Process Discovery interview with our Talent team. Technical interview – skills test and situational exercises followed by a debrief with Bastien & Alizée. Final interview – in‑depth discussion with Léo to assess structuring, analysis and synthesis via one or two case studies.
