**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic** Diversity & Inclusion Officer** to join our Positive Impact team. Your main responsibilities will be to take ownership of the organisation’s inclusion and minority guidelines, as well as to educate teams on how to hire inclusively and behave appropriately within the workplace.
You’ll also be responsible for checking job advertisements for correct and inclusive language and keeping up to date with local and national workplace laws, as well as human rights policies:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, including diversity, inclusion and social topics
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices in sustainability, diversity, and inclusion to inform organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs, including training, mentorship, and employee resource groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sustainability and diversity and inclusion goals into all aspects of the organization.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of sustainability and diversity and inclusion metrics to evaluate progress towards established goals.
- Participate in meetings and events related to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ideal profile :_
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience working with policies and creating company-wide guidelines.
- An open and honest personality, you should be a people person who is passionate about improving the work lives of others.
- Outstanding communication skills, you have the ability to explain complex or new ideas to diverse audiences.
- Good problem-solving skills and conflict management experience.
