Contribute to sales revenue deployment and optimization on a GLOBAL AEROSPACE ACCOUNT

Maintain & develop business with the assigned customer
Organize & Ensure follow up performance review (KPIs, Volumes, Action plan..)
Drive regular workshops (internal/network + customer) to review processes, performance
Monitor and guarantee compliance with contractual commitments across the network
Best practice sharing for the nominated account within BL network
Prepare & participate to periodic business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly..)
Involve itself into commercial and operational “multi-jobs” in relation with customer
Participate and support KAM on multi tenders (Airfreight, Seafreight, Road, Customs, Logistics)
Interact with customer to understand their demand / requirements
Implement tenders with Implementation team
Data quality & reporting with local / global CBS
Participate & elaborate re-ingeenering project : suggest new routings, optimization
Link between customer & operational teams worldwide
Liaise with purchasing department (cost optimization, new routings)
Prepare technical & commercial proposals for new solutions (in relation with KAM)
Reporting of success, issues, lost opportunities with the related KAM
Billing monitoring
KPIs + action plan
