- **Responsibilities**:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure delivered solutions align with the agreed-upon design from the sales cycle
- Assist Infor Program leadership in helping customers achieve their goals
- Create and refine key Architecture Artifacts, ensuring they're well-organized and consistently maintained.
- Validate solution designs to meet customer project objectives and technical requirements, ensuring business value is delivered.
- Provide leadership to the Project Team, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption.
- Analyze customers' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges.
- Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions.

Organizational Support and Practice Development:

Contribute to the Architecture Competency Centre, helping develop best practices and tools.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits.
- Sales Support:

- Work closely with PreSales and Sales teams on significant opportunities within your industry.
- Provide industry-specific knowledge during the sales cycle to help plan activities.
- Recommend End-to-End solution designs that align with customer objectives and desired outcome

Innovation:

Identify and develop potential business use cases.
- Help define the business case for implementing innovative solutions and run proof-of-concept projects.
- Provide valuable insights to our Research and Development team based on industry trends.

Qualifications:

In-Depth ERP implementation knowledge
- Industry experience: Industrial Manufacturing / Aerospace / Engineering / High Tech Manufacturer
- Knowledge of the industry process
- Exceptional Stakeholder Relationship Management Skills
- Willingness to Travel (Up to 60%)
- Fluent in French and English
