La direction des technologies et de la production informatique, recherche son Apprenti(e) PMO qui évoluera au sein de l'entité Pilotage ressource.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Veiller à la mise en cohérence au fil de l'eau des différentes données alimentant les outils de pilotage, et essentiellement les données saisies et structurées dans Service Now (SPA)
- Accompagner les responsables d'activité, et les chefs de projets techniques dans le cadre du pilotage de leur charge et capacité à faire
- Etre support au déploiement et à la prise en main de Service Now par les responsables d'activité, participer à l'évolution des paramétrages fonctionnels de l'outil par REX les années suivantes.
- Construire toute structure ou éléments de reporting permettant de mettre en exergue les points nécessitant vigilance particulière, puis les maintenir ou les faire évoluer selon les besoins

**Profil**:
De formation BAC+5 école de commerce, IAE ou équivalent avec une spécialisation finance ou Management de projet.

Vous recherchez à acquérir une expérience de pilotage de projet:

- comprendre les contraintes de capacité à faire, d'échéances, et de budget
- Capacité à concevoir et structurer des reportings
- Savoir articuler des tables de données afin de présenter des axes d'analyses exploitables à partir de données disséminées
- Rigueur, et respect des jalons
- Savoir prioriser
- Pédagogue et communiquant
