We are actively seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to be a pivotal member of the Implementation team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our cutting-edge E-Commerce Services.

You will be joining an expanding organization and integrating into a dynamic, fast-growing team. This small, high-impact unit operates globally, offering a truly international mandate. Working closely with the French team, known for its collaborative spirit and strong team cohesion.

Your tasks will include:

• Driving Full Lifecycle Implementation: Managing and execute day-to-day project tasks for implementing products and services, from the initial close of sale through successful handoff to the Customer Support team.
• Creating and rigorously maintaining comprehensive project work schedules, accurately tracking customer requirements, and expertly translating complex client requests into executable project deliverables.
• Coordinating all technical and logistical aspects of the implementation to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget, proactively identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Maintaining consistent project processes across the implementation team and wider organization.
• Conducting thorough post-project analysis to capture key learnings, driving positive project outcomes, enhancing team results, and ensuring effective change management is applied to future processes.

To be a good fit for the Senior Project Manager role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience within the software industry.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of business processes and/or technology services to effectively contribute to issue identification, idea generation, and solution evaluation.
• Proven quality-focused and detail-oriented approach; exceptional ability to prioritize, multi-task, and successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve challenging goals through influence, clear communication, and collaboration, even without direct managerial authority over personnel.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, take strong initiative, and effectively set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Native French and business fluent English

Nice to have:

• Extensive experience developing scalable project management processes and successfully managing complex projects within a technology-based service organization.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) models is highly preferred, indicating an understanding of cloud-based product lifecycles and iterative deliver
