**LE PROJET**:
**Nous sommes une entreprise dans l’Edtech d’une dizaine de personnes, qui propose une plateforme SaaS Learning Management System ainsi qu’un service de conseil, formation & accompagnement à l’ingénierie pédagogique.**

**Adossé à un grand groupe, leader de la formation professionnelle & de l’alternance avec 40 000 apprenants en France, nous portons l’ambition d’innovation du groupe : mettre la technologique au service la pédagogie digital.**

**La société est en croissance & recrute pour mieux répondre à 2 projets d’innovation ambitieux**:

- L’onboarding de l’ensembles des écoles du groupe.**
**- Le gain d’un appel à projet public d’innovation Digital Learning, en lien avec l’un de nos clients historiques.**

**LES MISSIONS**:

- Etablir un cahier des charges, user stories & brief à l’équipe développement pour les évolutions de fonctionnalités ou nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Suivi & gestion de projet, Coordonner les actions entre les différents acteurs de l’équipe.
- Suivre la réalisation des évolutions, participer aux tests & s’assurer d’une livraison qualitative & dans les temps.
- Optimiser la connaissance du marché (concurrence, positionnement) par rapport au produit.
- Identification & mise en place de solutions software connexes pour s’assurer la bonne gestion interne de nos suivi clients (Service ticketing support, lien avec le CRM interne)
- Lien & collaboration avec des solutions partenaires, piloter les intégrations Scorm & APIx, ect, en lien avec l’équipe technique.

**PROFIL - Product Manager**:
**○ Setup Requis**:

- Vous disposez de plus de 7 ans d’expérience dans le Product management.
- Esprit entrepreneurial.
- Excellente vision produit et user journey.
- Excellent gestion de projet, apprécie l’opérationnel.
- Compréhension technique importante.

**○ Setup Recommandé**:

- Très bon communiquant(e).
- Vous êtes amoureux(-se) d’ergonomie, d’expérience utilisateur, de produits bien conçus.
- Vous avez un intérêt pour le Digital Learning & l’innovation tech (VR, Metaverse, Data )
- Vous êtes curieux & analytique, vous vous informez constamment sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités des concurrents, nouvelles technologies & tendances du marché.
- Appréciez travailler en équipe, partager les idées & apprendre de vos paires.

**PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT**:

- Rencontre avec le reste de l’équipe (présentiel si possible)
