We are currently recruiting a ** Manager Digital Customer Experience West Europe** for the Desoutter West Europe sales department. As a member of the Desoutter Sales team, you will be in charge of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) actions for CC France and coordinate DCX policy for West Europe. As such, you will contribute to the brand's digital transformation, in line with the defined strategy. You will support the digital transformation of CC West Europe in order to develop market share, solutions and services. You will act on one or all stages of the digital customer journey, and ensure the mastery of a specific digital tool to contribute to brand and product awareness. Lastly, you will directly manage the France digital marketing team and the West Europe digital marketing relays YOUR MISSIONS IF YOU ACCEPT: - **Business**: Be in charge of the production and deployment of the media used by CC France, and coordinate it with the CC's pilots. Monitor and analyze online activity "web analytics" for the various media supports (web, social networks, mailings, leads, NPS, etc.); Develop the function of Community Manager within the sales department, (distribution of informative content on social networks). Develop and analyze data mining on the basis of prospects obtained via CRM or webmarketing/social network actions, in order to better identify new "smart factory" influencers at our customers' sites; Analyze the Desoutter CoPilot and contribute to the calculation of monthly performance indicators for management; - **Management within its scope**: Lead and deploy the digital transformation towards Desoutter 4.0, relaying the brand's communication policy for the Customer Center France (CC France) and West Europe teams. Implement the Web marketing & Webpromotions plan for West Europe; Organize training and sales seminars in France, and harmonize them for West Europe. Manage communication actions according to requests (customer, HR, etc.). Propose, build and monitor marketing and communication budgets, in close collaboration with managers; contribute to West Europe CC budget support. Manage official documents on document exchange platforms for French customers. Manage the deployment of Salesforce CRM upgrades. Lead the West Europe digital marketing community Manage the France digital marketing team Manage and support the West Europe digital marketing team. WHY NOT INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO US? With a technical degree or equivalent, you have proven experience in an industrial and technical environment, with a good understanding of marketing. You have excellent written communication skills and great attention to detail (with an eye for design). You are creative and innovative, and comfortable multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. Rigorous and demanding, you also contribute to the development of the company's values by being open to new ideas and experiences, agile, interactive, proactive and results-oriented. You are also recognized for your leadership qualities, which will enable you to manage. You are fluent in English, which enables you to check the technical and marketing relevance of product information.
