The Associate Project Manager is an entry-level role within our Project Management discipline and you will be responsible for supporting multiple projects within a program critical to success of a Customer. You will be expected to deliver project assignments on time meeting Customer expectations. It is critical that you have strong organization and communication skills.
**On Your Next Adventure, You’ll**:
- Support multiple projects within a project-based delivery model
- Build project plans from voice of Customer and overall business need/direction
- Maintain all project related documentation, including project plans, process flows/VSM’s, resource requirements and business cases
- Communicate project progress and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables; Escalate quickly as necessary
- Participate in change management activities with all stakeholders
- Deliver projects successfully, and on time with quality solutions
- Support solutions for improving our tools and processes
**You’re a Great Fit if You Have**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically)
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of previous Project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective and flexible communication skills
- Ability to organize, design, develop and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels
