As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing and growing B2B and B2B2C client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing our service offerings. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining regular client contact to ensure satisfaction while ensuring adherence to contractual requirements. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, compliance, and product strategies to enhance partnerships. - Overseeing the implementation of new products and systems, from scoping to deployment. - Leading and contributing to special projects in agreement with the CCO. - Collaborating with internal teams, including developers, marketing, administrative teams, and management, to ensure seamless execution. What we expect from you: - Onboard, manage, and develop client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Resolve escalated issues and provide strategic solutions. - Monitor the performance of client systems, products, and sales results. - Drive projects by setting and meeting implementation deadlines. - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Continuously improve your skills and industry knowledge. **Preferred Experience**: - Experience in key account management with Global accounts, ideally in the travel insurance sector or in the Travel industry or in the Insurance sector. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends. **Recruitment Process**: Our hiring process typically takes 15 days from initial screening to the final decision. - Screening with Antoine our Chief of Staff - Meeting with Madjid our CCO - Meeting with Stéphane our CEO **Additional Information**: - Contract Type**:Full-Time**: - Start Date**:01 April 2025**: - Location**:Caen**: - Experience**:> 5 years**: - **Possible full remote
