English is essential. **YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT**: Valérie Riou is looking for her Palatability Research Specialist for her teams based at the R&D center in Amiens. You will research, propose, and develop knowledge and/or solutions in the field of palatability, supporting a project and/or product. Vous rechercherez, proposerez et développerez des connaissances et/ou solutions dans le domaine de l'appétence, en support d’un projet et/ou d'un produit. Vous serez responsable de: - Contribuer, grâce à votre expertise, au développement de la stratégie du département en apportant de nouvelles idées - Identifier des solutions, notamment à la suite d'une demande d'assistance du business - Planifier et réaliser les activités de recherche en assurant l'intégration des bonnes pratiques autant au pilot que dans la définition et l'interprétation des analyses - Définir et gérer des projets, assurer le reporting et la communication des résultats en externe et en interne en fonction des objectifs du brief - Coordonner fonctionnellement une équipe projet - Contribuer à faire évoluer un domaine d'expertise, en créant et en partageant des connaissances au sein d'un réseau R&D - Exercer une veille technologique **A PROPOS DE VOUS**: - Bac+5 Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Université avec une spécialisation en Chimie et Formulation - Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des technologies, des procédés de fabrication et des bonnes pratiques. - Vous adoptez une démarche Inno/Reno et vous maîtrisez le cadre réglementaire. - Vous appliquez les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.
