- The Business Unit is engaged in its transformation to support Nexans transformation to pure player of electrification To reach this vision, key initiatives are identified : Value and Premium strategy (through differentiated products and packaging) to follow the Economic path, Sustainability and impact reduction of our operations (Energy consumption reduction, Scrap reduction and valorization, circular economy via recycled material use optimization), digitalization and automatization.- The Business Unit Project Manager oversees the successful completion of the industrial projects of the BU (E3*, Premium projects identified, Automatization ). She/He will monitor the projects progress and completion, and ensure that they meet the expectations of the clients and all the key stakeholders.**Responsibilities And Tasks**:

- Determines project approaches, define client needs, identifies projects scope and project charters
- Proposes and validates with the identified stakeholders, projects targets and deliverables
- Leads project planning sessions
- Coordinates staff and internal resources and aligns project execution with the strategy, mission, culture and ethics of the organization
- Manages and monitors project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensures projects meet deadlines, and initial objectives
- Manages relationships with identified stakeholders
- Oversees all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- If necessary participates in technical tender process
- Designs risk mitigation plan, identifies and clears project issues, identifies innovative solutions and approches
- Conducts project review and creating detailed reports for management team
- Optimises and improves processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Manages large and diverse teams
- Industrializes properly each key industrial modification

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Engineering background - specialization in mechanical
- 2-5 years' experience as a technical project manager or process engineer
- Fluent (in writing and speaking) in French & English language
- Project Management skills
- Transversal management
- Teamwork
- Leadership, capacity to empower teams
