The Holding owns 3 manufacturing sites and employs has over 500 peoples:

- Focal’s dedicated cabinet-making facility: Bourbon-Lancy, France
- Focal’s manufacturing site : La Talaudière Saint-Étienne, France
- Naim’s manufacturing site: Wiltshire, United Kingdom

The Project manager is responsible for the coordination and planning of projects, resources, with collaborating with R&D team members and other services.

This role will cross-collaborate among our internal teams along with other cross-functional groups such as Marketing, Methods and tools, purchase. to deliver Projects on time to budget and with the right quality standards.

Responsible for the management of product development projects to agreed time, cost and quality objectives.

Working closely with the different resources of Focal & Naim, and other stakeholders to manage resources and the wider operational team to facilitate the smooth introduction of new products into production. To champion project management & quality development processes at Focal and Naim.

Your skills & requirements:

- Plan and execute assigned projects and deliver projects according to defined content scope, quality, timing, budgets, and project model
- Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and project teams at different stages of the project life cycle
- Regular status reporting including risk assessments, achievements, and next steps planning
- Assemble project team, identifies needed resources, assign responsibilities, and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables
- Lead execution initiatives with a proactive approach and drive the team to success
- With the focus end-user experiences, you will implement a quality-minded team approach in your cross-functional team
- Take part in continuous improvements of project execution methods and processes
- Third Party Management - oversee the involvement of any third-party design partners, ensuring they meet our quality, cost and timing goals. This may require overseas travel.

You are required to work 218 d/yr.

A flexible approach is essential as you may be required to work outside of normal hours to achieve organisational goals. Some travel may also be necessary.

Your profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical or related field; Master’s degree in science or other relevant related fields preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- 5+ years of experience with a technical background and documented hands-on experience from R&D projects with the ability to understand and convey technical and commercial sales
- Technical background and documented hands-on experience from R&D projects
- Proven track record with the use of project management methodologies.
