Quality and Operations Officer

Local Unit & Position Description:
DNV Business Assurance France is aiming for significant growth over the next three years, and as part of this ambitious expansion we are looking for an Administrative Officer who will support the unit in the implementation of our operations.

**Your responsibilities**
- Implementing the auditor qualification process
- Scheduling auditor qualification audits
- Participate in the training and integration of auditors
- Depending on the profile, working in collaboration with the project managers for the planning of complex files.

Position Qualifications:

- Experience in administrative activities, customer service or back office
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree
- Languages: fluent French and English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Good knowledge and ability to work with the MS office.**We offer**
