**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** **Are you a Project Manager with experience in managing the governance of large global complex programs?**: emagine is looking for your skills to manage the Program governance on a Global Data Platform Program. **Responsibilities**- Managing the governance of the Global Data Platform program- Organizing and facilitating weekly governance meetings and steering committees- Maintain a strategic vision of the program, challenges and interactions between various intercompany entities **Deliverables**: Program governance and ad hoc presentation to Excom, management committee- Coordinate and animate steering committees and weekly governance meeting agendas, deck and minutes- Produce program governance documentation, including roles, responsibilities and processes- Status reports on program progress and milestones- Deliver program execution plan outlining key activities and timelines **Essential Skills**:.Expertise in PMO or project management roles driving large and complex IT programs- Experienced in engaging with C-level stakeholders,- Deep knowledge of program governance best practices, there implementation and adherence- Excellent documentation and reporting skills- Skilled in coordinating and running steering comities- Expertise on stakeholder management capabilities- Comfortable delivering high level reporting to CXO Level- Fluency in both French and English
